Vol Navy Sailgates with Admiral Greggie ("we," "us") operates volnavysailgate.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you reserve a spot, you buy through Eventbrite, and Eventbrite collects your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. We receive your name and contact information so we can reach you about your booking — kickoff time changes, boarding details, and weather updates. Payment card details go to Eventbrite and their payment processors; we never see or store them. Eventbrite's handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Our website and our Eventbrite event pages use cookies and advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta pixel and Google analytics and advertising tags. These record things like the pages you visit, the links you click, and whether you completed a booking. We use this to understand how people find us and to show ads to people likely to be interested.
These tools may receive a hashed (scrambled) version of your contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and city. Hashing lets advertising platforms match your activity to an account without us sharing your actual contact information. We do not send date of birth, gender, payment, or government ID information.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control how Meta uses your information for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and how Google does in your Google ad settings. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business — Eventbrite for ticketing, our email provider, and the advertising platforms described above — and where required by law.
Children
Guests aboard must be 10 or older, and bookings are made by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
